 Return and Exchange Policy

 

Exchange Eligibility  

All products are eligible for one exchange per item. If the replacement item selected exceeds the original purchase price, the customer is responsible for the price difference.

 

Return Shipping Costs  

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, except in cases of major defects or when incorrect items are sent.

Definition of Major Defects: 
Major defects include significant damage, unremovable stains, misaligned shapes, or any serious abnormalities that affect the item's wearability.

 

Reporting Defects or Incorrect Items  

If you discover a major defect or receive an incorrect item, please notify us and within 3 days of receipt, as determined by the courier's delivery records. Notifications received after this period will not be accepted. Please note that we cannot process exchanges or returns for items that have been washed, used, or damaged due to human error.

 

Conditions for Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange, products must retain all original packaging, have tags still attached, and be unused, unwashed, and free from any odors.

 

Return Shipping Process  

For exchanges, products must be returned to our store within 3 days of confirming the issue. The return may be sent via a shipping method of your choice, and we will cover the shipping costs for both the return and the replacement.

 

Policy on Washed or Used Items  

Items that have been washed or had their tags removed are not eligible for refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.

 

Color Variations  

Please be aware that product colors may vary due to lighting conditions and differences in computer screens. The actual product color should be considered the standard.
